I have a question if Im filing chapter 7 bankruptcy and I have a pending civil case against me and my husband, Personal Injury, Property, Damaga and Wrongful Death case against us, can that be discharged in bankrupcty.

You can file bankruptcy if you have a pending civil case against you. As far as I know, you can file bankruptcy if you have wrongful death, property damage case against you.
