I filed a bk 7 02/20/09

I just got served with a lawsuit, my creditors hearing is the 26th of march, I have 60 days to respond to the suit, can I respond the day of the creditors meeting? or do I have to put this lawsuit pending in the bk7 now as a creditor although no judgement has been entered?

As Chrys said, when you file a BK all collections (including pending lawsuits) should stop.

However, I am confused a little by your wording:

Does that mean you did not initially include them when you filed your BK? You really should have included them as a creditor when you filed, and the BK court would have notified them of your BK. If not, you will have to amend your BK petition to include them.
