Asking creditor a question during bk

I was looking at my credit report and noticed cap one sold my acct to a new collection agency and didnt see the collection agency on my matrix so i got the number from cap one of them and called and they were forwarded the stuff, question is can they "re activate"my account just because i called to make sure? I know im prob just worrying to much but thought i'd ask. I filed a ch 7 bk and its no asset.

The creditors generally does not reactivate the acccount once they close it. If you have included your debt under Chapter 7 bankruptcy and if it gets discharged, you will no longer be required to pay off the debt.
