Hi, I'm 24 years old and Im thinking about going bankrupt! I'm $42000 in debt and have a baby on the way. I know if the creditor give me a chance I can somehow make it work, as I was young and made very silly mistakes before hand. I rang one agencie and ask them to help me go into debt agreement but given my situation they said its better if I just file bankrupt. I really need good advice and what will happened if I do go bankrupt will I loose my job I have no idea what it is all about!
