I have got bankruptcy discharge in November 2010. Even after getting bankruptcy discharge, I have made payments on my mortgage on time. However, the account is updated on the credit report as "zero payments made". What does that mean? I am confused. Please help.

Did you file Chapter 7 bankruptcy? If you had filed Chapter 7 and did not reaffirm the loan and still you're making the payments, then the lender will not be liable to report the payments to the credit bureau. Moreover, if you did not reaffirm the loan, you're not liable for making the payments. You can ask your lender to update the account as included in bankruptcy filing. You can stop making the loan payments and surrender the property to the lender who will sell it off and recover as much debts as possible.
