I didn't know where to post this, so sorry if it's in the wrong section.
I'm going to file for bankruptcy, they needed last year's tax return, I didn't file it bacause I made less than $400. Now I filed it because the attorney said they needed it for formality.
My problem is this: Looking through my records, I realize I under-reported my earning for last year. Will this cause problems for me when I file? Willl they realize I actually made more than what was reported? I don't want to get in trouble or have my bankruptcy dismissed.
