Hey I was in your situation before at an even younger age and ended up filing BK. worst mistake of my life. It is now affecting my ability to get a job after working all these years to get a PHd. Don't rush into this decision or you will regret it later. Think about this...bad credit is around for 7 years but bk is for life.
