Withdraw from My IRA after Chapter 7

Can I withdraw from my IRA after I file Chapter 7? Or how long will I have to wate to withdraw? Will the Bankrupcy court take it? I have less than $100,000 in it! "Thank's to the Stock Market". I will be geting some retirment. We will need some of the money to live on. Cheryl

You definitely need to speak a GOOD bankruptcy attorney. That is a LOT of money. My boss (a financial advisor) said it is more than likely (depending on some laws, states, statutes, etc) that it will be included in the bankruptcy as it is an asset.
