i filed ch 7 last week my meeting w/ creditor is march 22 2011 I have a court date for march 23 for a debt that i incl in my bk, how can i go about getting the court to withdraw the march 23 date since my 341 is the day before. I filed pro se and i did go to the court and asked what to do and they would not give me any answers.

Since your debt is included in the bk, it is the responsibility of the attorney who filed the case to withdraw the court case. Make sure they are notified.
