I am filing BK my husband is not. My name is not on our mortgage account. We have 2 things that have both our names on them, but they are being reaffirmed. BUT our mortgage company has a note on our account that "we" are filing BK. I tried to explain that I am and not my husband. NOW WHAT? i had to leave a message and hopefully someone will call me back tomorrow. ANy one have this happen?
