Bankruptcy

I am in a stipulated payment plan..i have made 3 of 6 payments plus my reg mortgage payments,but its getting to be too much.I have asked my mortgage co for Loan Mod backin March...but they say they are over whelmed, and every time i call i get the run around...and their attorney sends me this notice...i thought the mortgage co were goingto hold off on forclosure..until they have had time to review applicants.

If you're at the notice of default then foreclosure hasn't been filed yet. Which means your still at the point of only making the payments plus the extra to get you caught up.

Did you get the arangement in writing? This is important and have you been paying according to the arrangement?
