Very, very, VERY confused (mortgage + chapter 7)

:confused:[FONT=Comic Sans MS][SIZE=3][COLOR=magenta] [FONT=Arial][SIZE=1][COLOR=Black]Okay. I am very confused about something. I filed Chapter 7 with my husband back in June 2006. We went to court in August 2006, and were discharged of all debt in October 2006. In the meantime, we continued to pay our mortgage. Since the "discharge", we have continued to see this figure of $900.00 show up in the "Fees/Special Charges" portion of our monthly statement. I can not even tell you the number of times I have called the mortgage company (GMAC) to try and get this taken care of. I have been told 1.) $900 wasn't $900...in fact, it was only $479 now. 2.)We really DO still ow $900. 3.)Not sure why it's there. It's as if the people at GMAC Mortgage don't know what in the hell they're talking about! I can't get anyone to give me a straight answer. Does anyone know what I should do about this "charge" that keeps showing up like a bad penny? Thanks!!![/COLOR][/SIZE][/FONT] ;)[/COLOR][/SIZE][/FONT]
