non-consumer Chapter 7 bankruptcy

I am knee deep in business debt and are thinking to file Chapter 7 bankruptcy. Do I need to go through the means test? How can I qualify for it?

You won't have to go through the means test for a non-consumer debt in Chapter 7 bankruptcy.
