Hi I'm in the process of bankruptcy in ohio. Currently have a judgement coming out of my paycheck. I know this will stop as soon as I file but will I get any of the money garnished returned. They have taken 950.00 so far in the past 6 weeks.

Most likely the creditor has to refund the amount they have garnished from the debtor before bankruptcy was filed. But things may differ with the state laws. IMO the best person to answer these questions is your BK lawyer.
