yes you can.however alot of illegal internet pdl's will still harrass you.make sure you have all the info on the pdl's.that way when they violate the stay.you can take proper action against them.

i agree, i included them in my bankruptcy.. but they were not even legal (which i did not know at the time) and they harassed me so badly, they even lied and told me my bankruptcy paperwork did not go through or something silly.

I had an illegal PDL harrass me to the point that I was almost screaming at them over the phone, because they kept claiming that my attorney was an idiot (they actually said that) and that my PDL couldn't be discharged in bankruptcy. Then they tried the guilt tactic, asking if I realized that they wouldn't get paid at all if I filed BK, and did I want that on my conscience? I asked them how they slept at night, with all the people they lied to, threatened and pushed into BK every day?? LOL

i hope you had other bills besides them.. in other words, i hope you did not file bankruptcy because of them.
do not let them guilt you, in fact do not speak with them at all at this point, it is very illegal for them to contact you at this point.
