hello i have never been able to barrow mney due to non sufficient/bad credit.
i recently went to a free credit report website and found collections 3 collections on me, one from 6 years ago for $1,800 one from 5 years ago for $457. and one from a year ago which im clueless on what that particular one is from.
anyways i want to establish my credit for my future and im unsure if i should wake the beasts (collections) and start a payment program or leave it all alone and just try to establish my credit.
all 3 are "potentially negative" and closed
i would hate to go to my bank and see no funds due to collectors if thats possible.:confused:

You haven't mentioned the state you live in. The SOL period of your debts will depend upon your state laws. You need to check out if the debts are passed SOL. If yes, then you may not make the payments and the creditors/collection agencies won't be able to take any legal actions to recover the debts. You can consolidate those debts which are not passed SOL and pay them off.
