Refinancing a non re-affirmed mortgage

I have initiated a refinance of my mortgage with a different lender than the current loan. I did not re-affirm the loan back when my BK was discharged in FEB 2006.
I received a phone call from an Equifax research services person asking for a reaffirmation letter .... one does not exist. Is this going to be an issue?
I have remained current on the mortgage payments (was never late even before the BK), and actually have over 20% equity in the home.

The lack of a reaffirmation agreement should be irrelevant. If
The lack of a reaffirmation agreement should be irrelevant. If the lender wants evidence that you reaffirmed (something that is not legally required nor advisable), find another lender.
