If I am married filing as an individual, do I need to list personal property that is owned by my husband? We have separate accounts and he makes purchases with his money. I like in Indiana, which is not a community property state. If so, do I also need to list the $ in his accounts (I'm not a signer on them), his vehicles, 401K, etc. Also, on wearing apparel would I need to list his and my daughters?
