Standard expense tables used in Chapter 7 and 13

bankruptcy court after March 15 2009 requires expenses to come from a table made by the internal revenue and census. not your actual expenses. it might have been the same in the past don't know.
However---- on Chapter 7 expense schedule it does NOT say to use this table.
On form 22A and 22C it does require using the table.
Use the standard expenses on ALL schedules or only 22a and 22c?

22A is will be used by persons filing bankruptcy under Chapter 7
22A is will be used by persons filing bankruptcy under Chapter 7 where in Line 45.b you need to enter the multiplier. Again 22C will be used by debtors filing bankruptcy under Chapter 13 where in Line 50.b. you need to enter the multiplier.

This would be for a chapter 13. Thanks!
