I have just finished my Doctorate Degree in Medcine and have been offered a position with a seven year contract. I have also been offered a sign on bonus. However, I owe nothing for my degrees as I paid as I went. To fullfill the position, I must have materail and equipment. My credit is poor. My social is 271-**-****. My DOB is 01-**-****.
