CashNet don't quit, they keep calling me at work

These clowns don't quit, they call me everyday at work, e-mail me everyday and fax everyday at work, I have told them a million times not to contact me at work. I have faxed them three cease and desist orders and they ignore them, they won't give me an address to send payments to nor will they send me anything by mail saying how much I owe them, it's relentless.

How can I get these jerks off my back?

This is so strange. There should be a limit of disturbing people. And also, as you say, they just don't care about the legal laws. I feel that you should report this action to the police, attorney general office, FTC, BBB, and also to your lawyer. These people should be sent to jail.

No one is allowed to call you at work. If your Company logs and records calls like mine does,
they are in violation of the FCRA and it is a 1000.00
fine for EACH Violation. And if they are taking more then they should be then you need to hire a lawyer, or ask your Bank to use their Lawyers to investigate Cashnet Practices. Tellers and Bank Managers know a lot but not everything and it should be taken up with their Legal Department. I know Cashnet won't tell
you there State ID or EIN#, nor tell you what Bank
they are affiliated with. If they are faxing you
AT WORK. That is 1000.00 fine, same as a phone call
and your personal information goes around the Company
and you could be fired (sue for damages)
