This company is a collection agency.The company has been in the Accounts Receivable Management business since 1968.The company is a full service national and international company,representing most industries.Cisco Inc. services include outsourcing,current receivables,collection letter programs,third party collections,foreign collections and attorney forwarding services.The collection agency is certified by the Commercial law League Of America's Agency Association(CLLA)and are also certified members of the International Association Of Commercial Collectors.

I just recievee a vague bill stating I owed a small past due amount from AT&T I told "MR. WIlliams" i would like to see a copy of the billing so that if he would be so kind to send it that I would be glad to look into it-
He started in that I was not going to pay it anyway and that he would not send me anything. I asked to speak to his supervisor and he said adios M.F. and hung up on me. No that is not very professional.
