Me personally, I would first ask why they felt they need to initially threaten people and demean them at their place of work, and if the answer was not to my liking, I would most likely grab my chair and test the durability of it over the head of David Jacobs.

I've never dealt with them, personally, but there are a few collection agencies I'd sure like to have a face-to-face with. Along with a couple of PDL companies. I'd love to have a little "chat" with Rt. 66 face to face. It would probably be more like face to firehose, with the firehose being on my side.

I would probably show up with a big stack of legal files (blank paper in them) and loudly plop them on the table. "so, are these all of the downloaded files you've done?" I'd also be sure the local authorities were in the next room, tape recording everything, so they can just walk in and cuff them right there. National media, too. And I'd put a picture of everyone they've ever scammed on the walls, so they can see that those people on the other end of the line are real people, with real feelings. I really hate those people. I'm a very calm, optomistic person, generally. But, these people made my life hell. There is a special place for these "people" in Hell. Where nobody can hear them scream as their lives get "downloaded" for eternity.

I haven't dealt with them either, but they would get the same offer a child molester or child neglecter would get from me.
15 minutes in a locked room,both equally armed,no witnesses.

They are a classic example of what happens when greed overtakes your life. They didn't care about the people they were dealing with, only to fatten their wallets. They need to go back under the rock they crawled out from...

You would've had to been on here a few months back. Their location address is/or was a hair salon.
David Jacobs most likely has jerry curls done at the salon.

LOL!!!! There's quite a few things that I would say or do. I would love to get on the phone, harass them like they did me, but see their faces when I say the lies they told me. Then I would introduce them to my male German Shepherd after I stick raw hamburger down their pants LOL!

I would bring a forklift to carry that big fat check they bring to the meeting to keep me from suing their a$$ and turning them over to the authorities. Violating Texas collection laws is a crime :D

They have just begun harrassing me...I wish I could have seen the girls face today when I returned her call and she tried to tell me she was a litgator and was processing me for arrest...And my response was...Can you send them to my home? Id like to put on some more comfortable clothes while I sit in the holding cell...She hung up on me..The nerve!

Morningstar, I doubt incarceration, but violating the Texas collection laws is a minor criminal offense. You can also bring a civil claim against a debt collector who violates the same laws.
