Whenever I call them to ask why they don't seem to be making any progress on the accounts I gave them 2 years ago they get really jumpy & defensive, raise their voices & ultimately, sarcastically tell me to have a nice day and hang up on me. They really are a trip and this description has been true for any associate they have ever put me on the phone with.
