Payday loan

Hi folks: I need some advice. I took out a loan for $450.00 in March from a storefront payday lender. Due to a constraints, I could not pay the loan back and stopped payment on the check. They are taking me to court in early August.for $525.00 total ($450+fee and NSF charge. Not alot of money, but I cannot pay back yet. Do you think the judge will let me make payment arrangements on this. I live in Maryland, Lender is Cash-n-Go. Thank you

You will be asked to explain your problems in making the repayments. Carry the copies of your pay stubs, sources of income and other documents so that the judge can analyze your financial situation and frame your repayments.
