I think Gerald E Moore is based out of GA and not in New York. However, you need to confirm that information.

All the lines are recorde so lets put it this way if they told you they can garnish you in new york it will happen you should contact them to set up pmts arangements...im sure they have your employer info which is all they need to garnish your wages...who do you owe chase bank,capital one.....????
