I searched in the internet but didn't find anything on this number. So, I called but couldn't reach anyone. I will try again sometime later. Hope that someone else knows about this #

I called this number-all I get is a busy signal,will try tomorrow...Karen

I JUST got a call from that number, so I got on the internet to see who it was. It came up as, "V.A.F." on my caller I.D. I have no clue who it could be, as my number is on the Do Not Call list. It could be a charity.

After receiving phone calls from this number numerous times daily over the last 3 weeks, I finally answered it again today and a person was actually at the other end. This is a call center contracted by mostly newspapers nationwide to follow up on subscription orders. The name of the company is Ver-a-Fast and their web address is verafast.com. Their phone # is 800-327-8463. I called and spoke with a customer service manager that really couldn't care less about the number of people all over the nation that they are driving crazy! Please take a moment to contact this company and voice your opinion!

I called 800-327-8463, and told them to take me off of thier call list they said they would but it might take a couple of days for it to go into effect. I guess we will see what happens

1000000 phone calls from these idiots who hang up 99.9 % of the time when you asnwer. I sent these jerks and e mail, lets see if it works to get me on their do not call list. i also filed several complaints with the national do not call registry. They are in Grand Rapids Michigan. Complain!

There website has a Ohio address. If anyone knows the Grand Rapids MI address post it. I can investigate!

Thanks guys. I just called these verafast folks and asked them to also remove my cell phone number from their calling list. Lets see how it goes.

this same number has also been calling me, and when i looked it up, it said it was a cell phone number from Lansing, MI. and i also get the busy signal when i call it back

I called that 800 number and asked to be put in their Do Not Call list. The operator was very nice (surprisingly). I hope that really does stop the calls. What an annoyance.

they've been calling my house every day for the past 3 weeks, i'm seriously about ready to throw the phone out the window. it's driving the rest of the family insane too. You pick up, there's no one there. You call back, it's busy. If you don't pick up and it goes to the answering machine, they hang up. AARGH!

After getting calls from them and reading about them here, I called my local paper's subscription services. They told me that they were associated with them and they would be happy to remove me from their call list. It was that easy, now let's see if it works.

I'm getting the same annoying calls. Try calling their corporate HQ at 800-327-8463 to let them know you are going to take action if they don't stop.

Also, be sure to list yourself on the national do not call registery
