I am getting phone calls from a Brad Ragan (who is very unprofessional, in my opinion) from DMS Marketing regarding some payday loans. Has anyone dealt with them before? I am trying to figure out if they are legit. or not.

You will get loads of information about DMS Marketing in this forum. They try to do multiple debits with the help of another company. In some cases, people have expressed their discomfort working with the company. All payday loan lenders are required to follow the state laws where the borrower is residing. Check the interest charges and fees fixed in your state before making any written agreement with them. Be sure to check whether the debt is within the statutes in your state. If the SOL is expired, you won't be legally forced to pay them. Consider this option to be your last choice because it will be reported negatively in your credit file. Read this thread.
