my friend told me today he got a call from this num 952-944-1620.. there were looking for me and he said i used him for a referance.. can anyone help me to find who is this num

Did you really use your friend as reference? Well, tell your friend to send a cease and desist letter to the collection agency. It works on them legally and your friend should receive no calls in the future.

As this contact is related with one of your past debts, send a debt validation letter and know the complete details. Some sample letters of DV letter are in this forum. You need to get the following information in the debt validation process as mentioned in the FTC.

Give them a break, give me a break. I am not the deadbeat they are looking for. I do not know or have even heard of the deadbeat they are looking for, still they keep calling me. WHY?????
I am not Margie or Madge or Madgie Conis, Goins or Conis. STOP CALL ME. The only thing we have in common is we both have an 'A' in our names.

Hey guys, give them some of their own medicine.Go to prankdial.com and you can send them free prank calls all day. It's hysterical to hear them talking to a recording all the time thinking its a real person.

Since they like to call people all day and bother them, its a perfect way to keep them busy all day answering fake calls.

If everyone does it,they will go nuts with the shear volume.LMAO.

These guys supposedly do the collection for Wells Fargo Bank on their credit cards. Problem is though- they are not the direct collection department but some bottom feeder that buys debts in the 3rd go-around, in many cases after there was a bankruptcy filing or even discharge.
these guys have no problem breaking federal laws to pester people, so the more we as consumers complain and file d&c against them the better.
How about stopping all possible business with the bank that starts all this foolishness.

Don't pay, fight them in court they won't win! They can't prove they own your old debt. These junk debt buyers need to be shut down!!
