What rip offs these two are! Both are trying to collect the same credit card debt that was charged off by HouseHold bank years ago. They try making it so confusing that you don't catch it. They are probably on my credit report 5 different times between the two of them, over the same credit card debt. Either that or they are just making up accounts for over $1500. They are making me freekin crazy! Throw ARM in with them also. And oh yea, Syneregetic and also Wolpoff & Abramson L.L.P. I'm trying to pay these fools but have no idea what in the heck is what!

HELP!!


im currently dealing with w&a myself.. they are collecting for lnvn who bought an old sears account of mine.. do u remember having a sears account or collections with lnvn?.in my dealings with them them i had no luck reasoning with them only to be taken to court.currently waitin on dv letter from them

I just want to know where is my mail that should be here to let me know about the account. I was very worry about losing in the mail that I already made the payment and I send fax few times no response at all. I really dont want to get into trouble with bank. Please send me fax at 203-575-8358

The problem is you respond and you restart the date,and all debts that are 5 yrs or older become new.There is a statue of limitations that they drop off.These are people who prey on you.They buy your accounts for pennies on the dollar and try to get the orginal amout out of you.Dicker with them!!!!!Need to read a book called Financial Peace by Dave Ramsey.He has saved me lots of money and sorrows!

Having similar issue with Palisades Collection LLC and Gamache & Myers. Received first dunning letter a long time ago (well over a year) sent Validation Request Certified Mail with RR. Never received validation but have just received another dunning letter from Gamache & Myers. Oh and I have also received collection letters from other companies for the ame debt since the first Validation letter was sent, meaning they are continuing collection activities without validating. Palidades has also redated this alleged debt on my credit file and the CRA won't do anything! Unbelievable!!!
