Just got a call from Global Inc. Said they are the pre-litigation dept. and parent company of Cashnet500. Does anyone know anything about them? Would be interested to hear your thoughts.

Global LLC is part of Cashnet500. I'm dealing with them right now, and they are not easy to work with, believe me. How much was your loan for, and how much have you paid in fees to this point?

The loan was for $400. I have paid much more than that in fees, but am not sure exactly how much. They say I owe $160.

Can you check your bank statements and figure out how much they'

Can you check your bank statements and figure out how much they've taken in fees? It would be useful for you to look up what the legal interest rates for payday loans are in your state, because you've most likely overpaid and are entitled to a refund. You can use this info. as ammunition to plead your case that they should mark your loan as "paid in full."
