Cashnet 500

I didn't file one on them with the BBB but I did with another pdl company and the pdl company settled with me for what I legally owed on the principal, they also responded in less than 7 days. They were trying to make me pay $590 on a $300 loan when I already paid $210, they settled for $145.

Well, I'm hoping these idiots follow suit, but they have a reputation of being stubborn and not very accommodating.

I filed one in the past.

All you will receive from the BBB is that they "contacted Cashnet500, but received no response from them. Complaint closed!"

Unfortunately it was a waste of time. The only way the BBB is effective is if Cashnet500 was a member,Which they're not!

In addition,not only will you not get a response,your
complaint goes no further than the BBB"S "Round File!"

The company I filed a complaint against wasn't a member of the BBB, but they did respond, they are also listed as having a grade of "F" (imagine that). I was notified by the BBB when they responded and was given a copy of the response and a chance to rebut which I did, then they marked it closed.

That fills me with a lot of confidence. I guess I'll have to go the Attorney General route to try and get this company to work with me to repay the legal amount I owe them.

Tiffany, I did both. I just went to whom ever was out there that I could file a complaint against. They really don't like getting the letters from the AG's office informing them of the complaint.

With the exception of a few states, a letter to the
AG's office is good only if it is of the "Class Action" variety.

Ultimately, You and you alone are the only defense and offense when it comes to these parasites!

Your local law library is filled with tons of resources that you can put in your arsenal of knowledge!

You might want to file a complaint in your state regarding the attorney general's office. I was told by my AG's office that Utah will send it to the state in which the consumer resides anyway. This will just free up some time.
