Does anybody know anything about Sam W. Streeter law firm?

My son has been out of work and living with me for about a year. The firm of Sam W. Streeter, a collection attorney, has been phoning and phoning and phoning him (we have caller ID, so we rarely answer). Does anybody know anything about this person or agency? Has anybody out there dealt with them?

He has told me I owe 15,000 , which is shown on my credit report as filed in Bankruptcy by my soon to be Z husband. Bud Hibbs is helping me
