When does the SOL begin? Is this with the First missed payment or the date it is charged off? What appears as a chargeoff has possibly been re-aged to reflect a last payment date of 4/2006 to NCO. I have NEVER made a payment or spoken to these folks. Please help.

Go ahead and dispute the date with the collection agency. Do you have any proof when was the last payment done on this account? If NCO is trying to reage the account, it is a fraudulent activity as per the FCRA laws.

NCO has done such illegal things on many others in the past. They were heavily penalized by the FTC for their wrong tactics. You'll find many posts floating here about NCO.

The SOL begins from the date of last payment on your account and after the agreement with the credit company breached. NCO must put that date on your file without re-aging any other dates with it.
