harrassment calling

if you receive harrassment calls but do not see the number is restricted or private is that still considered harrassment phone calling if you cannot prove it?


Are there any other ways to prove the calls as harassment? Basically, you need to have proof of every claim if a lawsuit is in your mind.

Know the name of the person who is calling you. Keep a note of all the phone calls with date and time. Make a perfect log so that you can prove your actions.
