Does anyone know these numbers?

I called it...A woman answered as "Hello?" I said wrong number, and hung up. She called right back but I didn't answer it.

Interesting she would call back after you said wrong number.

Hi. I have found that the only way to really duck these annoying call is to cll your phone company, cough up the extra 5 a month to get an unlisted phone and order privacy director, where no one with an unknown number can call you unless they announce who they are first

1# you have to call the company and ask for a manager.
2# you have to explain that it is the wrong number, ask for an address and ask for no further calls...
(if you are rude they will call you just to piss you off)
