I had them calling me at work
as it was the only number they had
they would ask for half the amount owed
but I asked them for somekind of invoice
of what i purchased from BMG and the RISCUITY agent told me it was against the law to send me anything and if i just pay it they would then send me an invoice the I know tey don't have
after goig round and round the agent told me that "you suck" and "I'll just all you back later when your sleeping"
Like I sleep at work.
I would like to reslove this but I don't even know if they are a real company.

What you need to do is send them a certified debt verification l
What you need to do is send them a certified debt verification letter, you can find this template letter on my blog. Do not pay anything towards this debt until it is verified. BTW what company is claiming this debt? good luck and keep posting

LIE!!!
He was close, though. What he should have said is that it's against the law for me to NOT send anything. The fdcpa clearly states:
Within five days after you are first contacted, the collector must send you a written notice telling you the amount of money you owe; the name of the creditor to whom you owe the money; and what action to take if you believe you do not owe the money.
Read the consolidated, non-legalize version of the important parts of the law here --> ftc.gov/bcp/conline/pubs/credit/fdc.htm
I wouldn't pay anything for something I wasn't 100% sure I owed.
