Is a thorn in my side. My problem is a check that I wrote. I haven't paid it yet. They were such jack***es about it when they called. Somebody tell me what do I do from here? I plan to pay it as soon as I get the money, but they told me that they would only accept western union moneygram or credit card or check by phone. I don't have any of that right this minute.

HELP

Don't let them force you into giving bank or cc info over the phone. Demand that they give you a mailing address, and then pay via money order.

They only accept cuz they want it now, right now, and don't care what they have to do to get it. Stick to your guns. I have had a few try and pul that crap with me. I just told them "give me a mailing address and I'll send you a money order" like a broken record. I have even hung up on a couple that wouldn't listen. Ultimately, they all did, and I paid.

Man - nice listing for this company - can't even afford a real email address:
Legal Mediation Practice, Inc.
Robert F. Fernekes - FL
phone: 904-387-3187
robfernekes(at)bellsouth.net
fax: 904-854-9447

Here's their address via the Jacksonville Yellow pages:
Legal Mediation Practices
1919 Blanding Blvd Ste 8
Jacksonville, FL 32210

Just tell them they can expect a money order in their mail on such and such day.

You should want to do a western union or or a money gram, especially if you know the company is legit, why continue to go in circles. People are so easy to give a credit card or check over the phone or on the internet. Why? You should want to protect yourself and be the ONLY ONE with access to your checking account.
