Still have collecters call and leave messages for her,one calls only on weekends and always leaves a message even when I answer the phone it is always a voice message.They tell her to call on Monday and it is important and vital that she call and I keep thinking if it is so important then why don't they call during the week and talk instead of a voice message.I have talked to her and ask her to come home and I will stand with her in court if they take her to court and she say's she has so many bills that she can not pay them all with the interest.

I hate to say this, if the debt is so high, and the income is low, has she considered filing for bankruptcy? That should always be the choice of last resort, but it seems it may be the only one at this point.

Brenda, I have to agree with Steelers especially if she doesnt have good income. this can give a fresh start. Also you can contact a legal aide lawyer in your area if you cannot afford an attorney. They may be able to help. Brenda I hope she comes home soon. God Bless You. KYSIDE38
