Does anyone recognize this number 703-817-1210

I have had several calls from the above number. My ID says it is a Virginia number. There have been no messages left.

I also received a call from this number, 703-817-1210, twice today and it was an automated survey that I hung up on. The first question was something like "Are you satisfied with the economy today?" I tried calling back to see what would happen and to let them know that I am on the National Do Not Call list, but I got an answering machine that said that that number had been disconnected.
