How can a company do wage garnishment on a bill that never exist
How can a company do wage garnishment on a bill that never exists? If you are not aware of this account, how are you going to include it in your bankruptcy?
Most states require wage garnishment after following with the court orders. No one can come out of the blue and start garnishing your wages. There must be a legitimate reason for it. Ask the company to send you the details of the debt for review. If they intend any legal actions, they have to go to the court and summons be served to you with the court date. Be informed of your legal rights.
The gentleman that was driving for him past away. I paid him $3
The gentleman that was driving for him past away. I paid him $350 and he stated that if there were any additional outstanding bills he would let me know. He phoned and stated that I actually overpaid by $30.76. Then a couple of months ago I started receiving statements in the mail from him, I phoned and he stated that I owe him $186. He argued with me stating that this bill is unpaid and needs to be brought current. The original receipt has no signature and does not look like an actual stamped bill. I am going off of the fact that he stated I was owed a credit and the copy of the mock-up bill he sent. He said that is correct, I deducted it from this bill bringing the balance to $186. He phoned my office back after I spoke with him and asked to speak with my accounting department. My co-worker stated that he needs to perform the necessary steps/papers before the accounting department will consider his requests. He was angry and hung up on her. I am afraid that he will come to my home or work - he seems crazy.

Maybe you should report him to your local police department.

I would send him a notice saying that he could only contact you
I would send him a notice saying that he could only contact you via usps mail. Tell him any further contact by any other method will be considered harrassment and you will contact the police.
