I would say it all depends. First is Khaki Holdings a legitimate creditor. As in, are they legal? If not, you should not let them do it.
If they are legitimate, then consider if it is easier to just let them take it from your check? It can save yourself from having to remember to pay them, and save a stamp. They probably won't call you while they're getting money from your check. And many times, less is taken out of your check then if you made required payments.

Who determined that you would pay $50 a week. Was it Cash Transfer's decision? Did you work out an arrangment? Can you please explaine a little more about the wage assignment process?
Cash Transfer Center response to the question.
They send your business a letter stating that you owe them this amount my employer called me and told me and your employer calls and tells you to call Transfer Centers to discuss the arragement you could either have them take it out of your paycheck in one or two payments or you can make arrangements with Cash Transfer Centers and tell them what you can afford weekly I told them 50.00 because it would have been easier for me to pay that way instead of your employer taking it out in one or two payments after you talk to CTC about the payment arrangements you made with them and then in return CTC sends your place of work a fax stating how much the payment arrangements were made for and your payroll department sets it up and it show up on your check stub as a wage attachment just like it was if you were paying child support beleive me I have done that before or you can call Cash Transfer Centers and tell them that you would like them to send it to a third party collection agency but that just makes matters worst and also if you refuse to accept a wage attachment Cash Transfer Centers will send your place of employment a court order stating that your place of employment has to garnish your paycheck at least that is what they told me they were going to do If they actually do it that is another situation in other words you are better off dealing with Cash Transfer Centers directly instead of a third party collection agency of having them send your place of employment a court order, one final note when your place of employment gets the letter for wage attachment your place of employer will give you there phone number and they also suggest you contact them first and make a payment arrangement with them and then you call or tell your employer the arrangement you made with them and they take care of it from there.
