Credit Consultants debt settlement

Credit Consultants is the name of the debt settlement company I am working with. There are apparently several different companies with the same name. This one has the logo with the road on it and yellow and blue lettering for the name.
Has anyone dealt with this company? I havent had bad luck with them, it just seems to be taking forever to get the creditors to quit calling and they all say they havent recieved a proposal yet.

Jeff, Did you do a serach on the better business? Also if you have reservations contact your secretary of state to see if there has been any problems. I personally have not dealt with them. KYSIDE38

They are a member of the BBB online reliability program, and I have seen no complaints filed against them. I guess my specific question should have been how long do settlement companies usually take to send out proposals.

I used this company and they got me completely out of debt. It did however take 3 years total to get debt free. That is what they told me it would take though. I could always get them on the phone to answer questions when I didn't know what to do.
