Just called back again, b/c there is nothing that pisses me off anymore than being hung up on. The same man answered and I told him that I needed to speak with Phillip Hensen and he said who needs to speak with him?. I told him that I was calling about a PDL with Aarowhead Investments and he said can I get your name and number and I will call u back, I said no, b/c u never do, he started to yell something and I said well, like you always say, call me back. He said I will call u back before 6 pm and hung up the phone..Crooks...

Yea, when he calls back which he never will, that's what I'm gonna do. I have already sent my affadavit packet back to the FL AG's office and I am gonna let them handle it. I just thought it would show them how they make others feel to be harrassed. I know I'm not gonna get a refund unless the AG's office does it though..

Yea...that's what I thought also. Do you think he will actually call back?? And if so, what would you do?? I tried calling the other numbers for Bass and they are disconnected...That's why I called him..

Nat I doubt if you will ever see the refund. I think in your situation enough is enough. I can't believe they still would want to mess with you. Don't blame you for trying though. I haven't heard from bass and I don't plan on calling them. If their wise they will end it and learn more appropriate actions in their attempts to collect. Now keep in mind AG is not solely going to take care of things. We need a lot more stories and complaints,so if there are others out there file your complaints with the AG. Interesting to hear that some of the other numbers to Bass are disconnected. Never heard of this Phillip guy. Sounds like you got his cage rattled. I don't know if I would continue to mess with him, but at least the shoe was on the other foot. Keep us posted Nat.

Well, here it is 9:48 a.m. the next day and still no return call. What a liar???? Oh well, it was a good laugh while it lasted.. Sometimes I wonder if the so called "GUEST" that writes all of this garbage on here is actually one of them??!!

I'm sure he's one of them, just don't know which place. Guest seems to get pretty rattled when you mention Rio, too. They're all one and the same, as far as I'm concerned. Good for you, nat, for rattling their cage. They need to be rattled!

I wonder how many calls the AG's office has received in regards to this company. I hope they realize this company goes by several different names...including Prelitigations and Interstate Wire Fraud. I just feel sorry for those individuals who don't find this website and have no clue what to do...even those who actually send them money.

And Pink, ya know what I have noticed? The more I search for things people ask here (phone numbers, contact info, email addresses), the more the first few returns from Google point BACK to debtconsolidationcare.com. It's pretty cool.

Slowly, we are being found, and all these companies know it and are getting very scared.

Yeah I noticed that myself and thank God for that because I don't know what I would have done had I not found this site.

Jedijeff and Pink Lady, I know what you mean. I would probably still be trying to pay on all my PDLs and be out in the street because of it.

that if they close down, another will open up. maybe not bass or ellis, but someone is always looking for ways to make quick cash.
