My fiance had an account go to UF and then we sent a cease and desist letter so that they wouldnt contact us again, after that two days later a transaction hits our bank account for a payment we didnt autorize, now we are trying to get a refund and no one will help us. What can I do now??

Did you dispute it with your bank?

I know that they are a collection agency for payday loan companies also. Thats probably how they hit your bank. KYSIDE38
