I had been paying a debt off for the past 8 years. The payment had NEVER been late, and out of the blue, I'm told that, that payment is no longer adequate and we must start paying more, because they want their money.

reapply interest on payment
A collection agency had made an agreement with me that we would pay a certain amount of money per month, and they would NOT charge us interest. Now after years of paying this, they want interest as well as an increase in payment. I live in PA, and is this lawful?
