Hey, sorry, kinda for posting again on the same topic you answered in my previous post about re-aging.

But the difference is that my last post asks if anyone has successfully used the law to go after the $2,500 and how did they do it. By themselves, with an attorney, how long did it take, etc.
Now I will try to keep from overpositing "new" topics. Promise.


See, some people with ten or so of these could hit these companies for $25,000.
But nobody knows who and if have tried....so no wonder these damn companies get away with what they do.

Think I will look into this.

I am actually planning on taking one to small Claims Court.

Having said that, what I think is going to happen is I will show,they will not. I will win a judgement,they will not pay up. The cycle then starts again.

Granted my refund is no where near $2500.00.

I think bringing attention to these bottom feeders is a start,drag them into the light!

I will let you know what happens when I receive a court date.
