this morning when i went to check my account balance i was -400 because geneva roth made a debt on my new account at a differnt bank.. they know my old account but not my new one.. i told the bank immediatly about this.. another thing i sent them a bebt validation letter and a letter disputing the debt asking for proof..and a cease all calls letter.. they already commited a fdcrpa law i want them to call so i can sue them.. im reporting this to the mn attorney general bbb and ftc.. geneva roth is going down.. :D

There is no way they could have gotten your information without you giving it to them, someone who has access to your check book or the bank. Routing numbers are easy to get with a bank name but the account number is not.
