1999. there is a man name joe montemayor
has a major ego problem. he will look at
your credit report and bash you. this guy claims he is from a law office but
joe hasn't beenable to prove any debt
that i owe. if anyone has any info on

I started another thread about these dorks. One of the peons tried to threaten me having to talk to the "attorney" and said I didn't want to have to do that cause he was "mean"! I emphasize these words, because they actually thought that was intimidating to me. Anyway, their left hands never know what their right hands are doing.

******* If contacted by CIR - get Legal Assistance ASAP from somebody. This outfit is both inconsistent & inept - but they will get your Money in a local bank eventually and even if it's an illegal action - like taking Social Security - they'll at least begin a process to Shake you up. They Know where you stand financially and KNOW that you cannot legally foght them unless you go Bankrupt or move pretty far away OR exist only on Cash.
******** They are a symptom of Rough, Predatory times and they exist because A) Many are irrisponsible and B) because even more are Greedy. Most working at an outfit like this. have long left their ideals and humanity behind them.
