Anyone know the Statue of Limitations in WI for the Dept of Revenue? Sales Tax that was due in 1996 can they still collect on it. I was told that there is none. Anyone have any idea. Much appreciated.

There is no statute of limitations debts on certain types of debt like Federal Student Loans, Fines, Child support and Government taxes.

Sales Tax for Large Corporations in WI

I was recently informed that large corporations do not pay sales tax collected at their business site. Somehow, I was told, they get to keep this amount. I find this very puzzling and I doubt this is exactly correct. Is there some loophole that the larger coporations use to get around submitting their sales tax to the Dept. of Revenue?? If so, this would be an injustice to all of the smaller businesses that faithfully pay in sales tax! Please reply!!!
